Article One: Autonomy of Jubbaland State of Greater Kenya
The Jubbaland State of Greater Kenya [JSGK] hereby declares itself independent. Our quarters include, roughly, the state of Gedo, the town of Buloguduud, and the city of Kismayo. Disputes in Galguduud have led the international community to recognize that province as part of Somalia.
Article Two: The Order of Qabil [Clan]
The JSGK declares Sade [Marexaan and filler clans] the supreme authority in every town that is part of JSKG. Second in authority does not exist. This is a one-clan state with friendly policies towards the Darood clan.
Article Three: Military Accord
The JSKG declares the areas within the boundary of our sacred land to be ours and our people alone. Harti and Absame trespassers will be fined. Irir will be executed.
Article Four: Diplomacy
We hereby declare Somaliland an enemy state, Ogadenia a dependent state, Puntland an ally state, Kenya the Supreme state, and Ethiopia irrelevant.
Article Five: Economy, Religion, Culture, and Law
Our economy runs on Quule, our culture was founded under the Quule tree, our laws are against Quule wasting, and Quule is a sacred fruit.
