UIC was basically a allieance beteween mx, cayr, abgall, other haiwyes n ogs. for a while it kept its programm of extensive social services, security, and interenational status roolling big time.
but mj came into scence-n and you know MJ is really different bunch of ppl, i mean mentally and politically-they just different, how they think is different.
