It's a test for those who have: to see what they do with it.
It's also a test for those who don't have it: to see if they abandon their faith or do haram things to attain wealth.

lol. Money is also given to corrupt people and make it harder for them to become humble, its not a blessing to be wealthy.
The Prophet (saw) said the poor Muslims will enter paradise much sooner & easier than the rich Muslims, because the angels will not ask them too many questions about their wealth, since they didn't have wealth!
