you should teach something that will benefit you in the here after like the Quran not something as foul as qabiil.

Once I told my nephews they were African and they were like 'eew no were not'....my heart just dropped, I had to make it my mission to teach them more about Africa...before that they thought it was a swear word. Now masha'Allah they are very proud of their heritage. Last time I visited they brought over an atlas and showed me where Somalia was and they were like 'habayar I know were Somalia is'. If I had told them they were sacad, they'd would probably have asked me were that was on the map.

Best not to confuse young children. They don't need to know all that b.s. Besides I don't know what laf their father is let alone his abtiris. Confused

Abdiwahab teach your neices and newphews anything other than qabil, subhanalaah teach them about khalid bin walid let their parents take care of the issue of qabil. I am sure there are other ways to bond. Yaa qabil u bahan? Qabil is so useless.

Oh can you mentioned to them in secret the xawaadle qabil has exceptionally beautiful ladies wink. Laughing

All u gotta do is register a user name for them here at SNET, and bring'em to the general section. It worked out just perfect for Sadaam who didn't know Xasan from Xuseen eight months ago when his uncle Advo brought him here. And look at him now, he'll tell u the qabiil of the driver when Siyaad got into the accident in the mid 80's.

Ismahan,

What in God's name made u utter that statement ?

I am spending time on the chapter on Cabdallah iyo Cawareere.
looooooooooooooool, Honestly, Okay I know i'm HG, sacad, Reer jalaf. But knowing it and using qabil has not served its positive purpose in Somali society therefore, I dont see why it needs to exist.

Cool
