Isn't it funny though that both countries are more prosperous and stable than Ethiopia, and on the rise? I think they have the right to feel superior, at least in terms of political health, as opposed to their terminally-ill neighbors to the North and East.

I would agree, but you must also consider the colonization period of Africa. Different countries colonized these other non- Eastern Africans and most of them won their independence late in the sixties after a long struggle whilst most of eastern Africa’s nations were the first to receive independence from the British. Maybe, there is growing-up to do on their part, but that’s is not inferior on their part.

sorry i was busy browsing other things on the world wide web.

They are more prosperous that ethio becaus large numbers of the populations of these coutries depend on farming for a living. in kenya for example, 82 % of the population are farmers unlike ethiopia whos dhul is mainly made up of arid and semi arid areas.

a Long while before corruption started taking it's toll on the economy of kenya and uganda, they were about to be classified in the category of second world nations. am talking about the period between after sixties and the middle eigthties.

Arabman, Kenyans kill each other for gum, Somalis kill each other just for fun.
