2. In 1997-1998, my neighborhood had the highest homicide rate in the Western Hemisphere [for an area its size]
3. It has the highest unemployment rate in the Midwest
4. Highest concentration of HIV-positive people in the United States
5. I can't really go on, its that bad...
Are you in such an unfortunate situation as well?

no dhagaxis in my neighborhood but at work 99 % african american females......flower every nite.

Sadwiil, that's what I LOVE about Winter and hate about Summer.
I was in class a few years ago, me, all the Somalis and White kids all wrote down Winter as our favorite season and an entire row of niggers had a hissy fit.
Winter is a great season man, 3 full nigger-free months.

good point I've been wondering about that too, because they have their hoodies to protect their hair from the wet snow.
