I dont know why everyone says its a great place to go, and foriegner friendly?
Its the designated foriegner ghetto, all the other foriegners heard that its a good place to, lots of chicks, so all the horny male tourists go there, discover that its all bullshit, and drink themselves to a stupor.

so unless you are a big drinker, dont go near it, waste of time.


stick to Shibuya my friend, more precisly Dogenzaka district or ebisu.
everything that you could think of is in that district, from parks, museams and lots of touristy stuff to do,
shopping.

and this is where all the good nightlife is, check out Milk its the best club in the area for hiphop last time i checked.



and one more thing.

stay away from other africans, if they smile at you and invite you to come to thier bar or club, keep moving.
do not under any circumstances take them up on thier offer, you will be ripped off .
