O.K, so you guys want to know whats on my agenda? I remember Padiash mentioned what I would do with a $20,000,000 grant and so forth.
First priority on my list, (assuming the security situation is legit), would be to put most of that investment in the areas, that could best suit our economy. I would put most of that money, in
A) Subsidize farmers in the south's fertile regions (Hiiraan, Jubba regions, Bay Bakol, Gedo) , and giving them real incentives to take up farming (i.e rewards)
B) Give them the latest, most modern agricultural tools for them to cultivate those lands.
C)Continue explatory research on Bari's potential vast oil deposits (with help from Oil companies ofcourse)
D) Clean up our coast, so we could preserve our marine life, and start up our seafood exports again
E) And this would probably be the first, continue to develop our healthcare system, and build basic infrastructure (hospitals, roads etc.)
As for my economy, we will NOT be socialist, and will have a free market, free trade economy. We will be very good trade and economic ties with China, and minimal trade ties with the U.S and the European Union. We will enter into trade blocs with our Neighbors (East Africa, Middle East).
