Prof. Samatar, "How can Tiny Eritrea meddle in Somalia"

Postby Gladiator= » Tue Jul 31, 2007 6:07 am

It is damn true. I can't believe that Tiny Eritrea is meddling our own affairs and therefore pouring more weapons into Somalia to further destablize our country.

The professor alluded to the U.N arms monitoring report.

Here, we have a mejeertan ignoring Ethiopia's present in Somalia (somali's arch enemy) and critisizing Eritrea, the irony.

Ethiopia has done for us a big favor in rescuing our country from total self-destruction and mayhem. We are grateful to what they have done for the Transitional government. But how can Eritrea continue destablizing Somalia when it just got its independence.

What Eritrea is doing is divert attention away from their conflict with Ethiopia using Somalia as proxy war at the Horn. So long as Ethiopia is boggled down with Somalia’s conflict, Eritrea would be save from cross-border attack from Ethiopia.

Horta Issaqa, one thing I have to admit there better than Majerten is that, although they cooperate with Ethiopia, they do it reluctantly and don't say out loud that we love Ethiopia and this and that. Lakin one thing I've noticed about Majerten is that weyba isla qumanyihin, xataa wey ku faanfaneyaan "We love Ethiopia". Shocked

jr., I'm just calling it like I see it. Today everybody cooperates with Ethiopia one way or another. Theres no way one measly clan can fight a nation of over 74 million lets be real. Lakin you don't know how many kids are coming on Somalinet talking about Ethio this Ethio that. I went to this big TFG reception in my area, and it was full of MJ's and Abgal. The Xabashi cock sukin was unprecedented. Jr, maybe you should knock some sense into these kids?

Ciyaal maneeno, your scope of seeing things clearly is too narrow. The relationship btw Somalia and Ethiopia is bilateral focused on a national interest. The two sisterly countries have collaborated in a strategic alliance to fight terror bases that thrive in anarchy and mayhem like in Somalia. The TFG with the help of Ethiopia and America helped us and our people from the grip of pseudo religious leaders and poor adminstrative strucuture that constituted most of its composition from a ruthless singular clan.

What national interest? Or do you mean the interests of Zenawi & Biijo? What terror? Where is any evidence there was any terrorist activities anywhere in Somalia? How did America & Ethiopia help Somalia? What has the Mbagathi theocracy done since their conception in Mbagathi that even resembles a functioning government?
