Ismahan, Maakhir is not in par with Galmudug or Juballand because these two regions are at presently conflict zones. Maakhir has a comparative advantage over them due to its upcoming reconstruction of Port, exploration and production of its resources such as Oil and Minerals. Its peaceful and recovery state also appeals in the future to more foreign direct investment coming in.
