Hiiraanboy is right. She is Half Dhullos and Half Cismaan Moxamoud. But Her Ugliness could be from her father's side cuz that is where the kingdom of Isman Mohamoud and her trade relations with Zanzibar and Tanganyika like the importation of slaves had an effect on her gene pool.
