17 years of mayhem by TFG? How did u come to that conclusion?

Professor Geeddi, a highly educated scientist who was working for UN agencies during most of the Civil War.

Cabdulaahi Yuusuf: Released from Jail in Ethiopia 1991. Immediately worked for reprochement and peace-building with the Hawiye. His effortts spurned by the murderous and savage USC and Caydiid. 1992 destroyed the nascent Wahaabi movement led by Daahir Aweys and cleaned this rogue and destructive organization from Daarood lands in the North. Created Puntland and brought peace, order and stability to that land. Architect of the peaceful coexistence between Habar Gidir and Majeerteen in Gaalkacayo and the rest of Mudug. No effort was made to coerce them into Puntland or impose Puntland authority on their lands.

Maxamed Dheere: Brought peace and order to Jowhar. Jowhar was the only Hawiye town that had effective and functioning government and whose citizens law and order.

These are the 3 most important leaders in Xamar: How can you smear them with the destruction caused by 17 years of Civil War. These are peacemakers. You have to look for destroyers in Asmara.

eg

Xuseen Caydiid.

Sheekh Shariif

Daahir Aweys, the international terrorist who started Wahabi Alqaeda terrorist wars in Bari, Luuq, Kismaayo, Xamar and Baydhabo. This scummy bastard should be killed pronto

Militant Somali Islamist at Eritrea talks

Jack Kimball
Reuters

Thursday, September 06, 2007

ASMARA (Reuters) - Militant Somali Islamist leader Sheikh Hassan Dahir Aweys, in hiding since a war drove his sharia courts movement out of south Somalia at the end of 2006, appeared on Thursday at an opposition conference in Eritrea.

The bespectacled cleric, who some believe is behind an anti-government insurgency in Mogadishu, sat in a grey suit at the front at the opening of the meeting of Somali opposition figures in a conference hall in Asmara.

As the talks began with Koranic prayers, Aweys -- who is on U.S. and U.N. lists of al Qaeda suspects -- was flanked by another Islamist leader, Sheikh Sharif Ahmed, the former Somali parliamentary speaker and Somalia's former interior minister.

Ahmed called on Washington to engage with the Somali opposition, and rejected charges of terrorism he said had been fabricated by Ethiopia.

"There were a lot of accusations thrown at us, false accusations designed to implement a half-finished project, which was to invade Somalia," Ahmed said.

"We call upon the United States to play a more positive role in the Somali conflict ... U.S. foreign policy towards Somalia has been a strangely confrontational one."

Some 300 guests, including representatives of the United Nations, France, Israel and the European Commission, were present at the start of the meeting in Asmara, where many Somali Islamists and political opposition leaders have been based in recent months.

JIHADISTS "DELIGHTED"

Aweys, seen as more hardline than Ahmed, did not speak.

A U.N. report last year accused the 72-year-old of running militant training camps and of receiving weapons from Eritrea, which was hoping to frustrate its arch-foe Ethiopia.

Ethiopia supports Somalia's interim government, which held its own peace conference that ended last week. Experts said Aweys' appearance in Asmara would infuriate Addis Ababa.

"This will make the Ethiopians ballistic," said one Somali analyst who asked not to be named.

"The jihadists will be delighted to see him there ... These two conferences seem to be polarizing the situation, making it worse, rather than bringing people together."

Aweys, whose beard is colored orange with henna like many Somali elders, is one of the country's survivors. He was a colonel in the army of former dictator Mohamed Siad Barre and was decorated for bravery in a war against Ethiopia in 1977.

By the 1990s, he was leading Somalia's biggest militant Islamist group, al-Ittihad al-Islami. But he was defeated by Ethiopian forces and Somalia warlords backed by Addis Ababa, among them Somalia's current interim president, Abdullahi Yusuf.

Aweys' fighters seized Mogadishu and much of the south last year, and the remnants of his movement are now blamed for an Iraq-style insurgency targeting government and Ethiopian forces, mostly with roadside bombs. He denies links to terrorism.

U.S. officials in the region had no immediate comment on the re-emergence of Aweys, who is thought to have spent most of this year hiding in remote southern Somalia, near the Kenyan border.

They are guests, similar to those from the United Nations, France and the European Commission. They were only present at the start of the meeting. They didn't talk to or handshake any ICU official. Most Somalis still hold sheikh Aweys, sheikh Sharif and others in high esteem and respect. Nothing has changed.

ICU are pro-zionist. Do you still support them? You are here everyday discouraging people from buying intel and other israeli run companies, while you support a group that invites Israel for support at the same time.

A news source says that Israeli group is attending the Asmara meeting and you have all the hypocrits and morons on this site ululating, jumping up & down in jubiliations, as if they actually found something against the ICU.

These were the same @ssholes who were giggling and laughing at the massacres of Ethiopian & Ugandan firearms against Somali citizens in Mogadishu.

The same fockers who were celebrating the deaths of Mujaahideens who died in Daynuunaay & other places fighting the Ethiopians.

Costa was the same bytch who was posting pictures of dead martyrs bodies in the wilderness of Baay & Bakool in January 2007.

When a man looses his dignity & his manhood, he can not dare talk about anyone. A bytch today, a bych tomorrow!

Fock all the dabadhilifs & male-bytches...you know who you are!

That's the latest TFG propaganda. Most Somalis support the ICU and consider the TFG a traitorous and collaborative entity. No amount of propaganda is going to change that.

Direct your anger at the ICU leadership where it belongs, they are the ones misrepresenting Islam by their actions by hiding behind tigre, israeli while sending young people to do their work in Mogadishu.

I have my balls, I can't say the same about you and the fake wadaads you cheer lead for.

Ican,

Once a man looses his manhood, its difficult for him to regain it. You & many of your cousins lost your manhood the day you cheered for a dirty Tigre to invade your motherland.

On a side note, Eritrea is within its rights to offer protection and the ICU and any Muslim under persecution is within their rights to seek protection from a non-Muslim leadership as is compatible with the Sunnah of our Noble Prophet (saw).

Unfortunately, being foot soldiers for Ethiopia & America's ambitions is against the laws of Islam and constitute treachery.
