For the silent majority, it's, for secular Muslim governments, it isn't. The silent majority felt/feel the pains of Kosovars, Bosnians, Kashmiris, Iraqis, Afghans, Somalis and other Muslims who were massacred by Christians or non-Muslims. Some from the silent majority tried to help anyway they can; with their life, wealth, etc. And there's Al-Qaeda and other Islamic insurgencies; if not for them, the new Crusades would have marched to occupy Syria, Sudan, Lebanon, Iran and other parts of the Muslim world.
