zackabdul,

Eritreans are not occupying or killing Somalis unlike the Ethiopians.

MJPride,

Common sense is something that is in short supply among the Majeerten who always preferred colonization in which they were top dog rather than freedom where they may not be. It was true in 1950s and true on July 1, 1960, hours after our independence when Majeerten lead by Muse Boqor demonstrated against independence in Xamar.

AW,

This is all politics don’t get it too confused, as you already may know Eritrea has a border dispute with Ethiopia and as we speak the army build up over its borders continues. Since the situation between the two foe countries surfaced, however, the Ethiopians have been gaining ground on the world stage while the Eritreans have been losing all credibility thanks in part to the rotten apple that is the UIC...Bad choice of a friend I must say, they welcomed run away fugitives in hopes of scoring couple pointer against Ethiopian but all they succeeded in doing really was getting themselves in even bigger trouble.

Btw, AW, I see by rocking Waraabe’s pic you’re a fun of anyone one that bits to the drums of war to draw more blood in our already scored country...Sad that we are from the same country.

When the prophet sent out his messengers to the Byzantium, Persian, and Egyptian rulers, he did not differentiate between them. To him, all were gaal. The Byzantiums and Persians were foes and each would have been willing to have a strong Arab ally against the other. He didn't differentiate between them.

Yet today the ICU differentiates between two Habesha, Orthadox Tigrey governments who both have a history of repression towards Muslim citizens.

Devoid of religion is what it is, but unabashed lust for tribal power. No wonder only the Hawiye kids are opening their mouths here. Idea

DawladSade, wonderful points up

The short sightedness of the ICU pushed them to seek alliances with other Kuffar and foreigners, which aleniated there other fellow Somalis and turned them against them. Thats why public sympathy for their demise is scarce.

There are differences actually. Ethiopia is dominated by the Tigrai, while Eritrea is dominated by the Tigre. They're both Habesha, but then again Darod and Hawiye are both Somali.

By the way, the Tigre of Eritrea are mostly Muslim, unlike the Tigrai of Ethiopia who are mostly Christian.

Half the EPLF was Muslim and half the parliament is today. There are groups in Eritrea who want it to be a "Muslim only" country, and they are persecuted because they threaten the peace (Eritrea is 50/50 Muslim/Christian). It's different than in Ethiopia where Muslims are actually oppressed.

James Dahl, Eithopia and Eritrea have the same percentages of Muslims. Differentiating between them is foolish.
