It's said that the interim gov. adminstration have agreed with the Saudis not to dig oil in Somalia is that true and why S don't want a succesful somali oil is it because of the competition or as I heard before if oil is found in somalia it would efect the flow of theirs,and if the leaders agreed with that government not to proceed whose intrest are they representing for?.
