We need to have a census of each region and each qabiil.
My prediction:
Hawiye - 40%
Dir - 5%
Raxanwein - 20%
Darood - 25%
Others including Meheri, Jaaji, Cadcads, Jareer = 10%
My stats assume Somaliland as being a separate entity.

Remember the civil war was between Daarood versus the rest of Somalia, that would make them 50% if we follow in your own theory.
