It makes no big difference, We had Mortars flying around for the last 6 months. Gedi and his qabil have no power-base in Mogadishu they can't hold top seat anymore. They don't deserve it.

Change is Needed becuase Mogadishu is not changing much and it's because of Abgaal and they llack of leadership within the Hawiye comunity.

Not when Abgaal is in their home city with more than eight districts and surrounding the city period. Though am guessing this did happen before and A/Y did reinstate him but than they are also saying Ali Mahdi might take the post which basically wont change anything cause the seat will still go to an Abgaal.
