What happened to the governments wealth?

Siyad Barre's government was a functional government? We had everything from military might to a thriving economy. So my question is who took all the government's money, tax money of the people and assets. Darood blames hawiyes for looting the materials that they left behind but who can we blame for looting and running away with governments money?

When Somali government fell, Europe and America were out to get their debts from somalia -because Somali Airline was suppose to be paid but never was. so I guess they froze some of the money. up to now Somalia have to pay back some debts.

loolz i neva been in b-town in 2003 i was in xamar too lazy togo to b-town wif ma family..i heard da city is beautiful wif the river circling in the city..so u goin to b-town or another city
