Errrm.. if I'm honest, I haven't been out today! Loool..But considering I hanged my clothes out just after Zhur and actually took them down before Maghrib nice and dry, I am assuming not! Lool.
The full rain season hasn't kicked in yet, it's just cloudy and cold..
