I know what you are talking about wallahi. Philosophy is a crazy subject. You need to learn how to bullshitt your way into this class wallahi. I had a Catholic dude who turned atheist b/c of Philosophy for a teacher, no kidding. His exams where only two question and you get to choose one of them and basically write atleast 6 pages. Do not ask me about the class average, it was sad. Everyone was confused and by midway through the semster, there were only 50 students left of the 150

Philosophy can be all right if you have the right professor. Someone that can make it interesting.

If you have to take another humanities course take sociology . I found that one interesting and most informative.

philosophy or anything that relates to the examination of basic concepts is bullsh!d, waste of time, anergy and should be avoided as much as possible. Seriously with questions like "what is the purpose of purpose" and ch!t, what can you benifit out of that?, sxb bust a lip and call it a cold sore, remember the original so-called philosophers came up with most of their ideas with their penis inside a child rectum.

Back when I went to college, I sometimes used to do a withdrawal from a course, I am not talking about the add-drop thing, but a complete withdrawal from a course, you'll end up getting a 'W' on your transcript, but it beats getting a poor grade.

When I was taking a first year anthro course a couple years back I remember the professor asking who was a believer in god? 70% of the class sad they were atheist..... Ironically the pansy prof believed in Christianity but he also believes we descended from apes...

I understand your unfortunate predicament.

I truely hate & despise western Philosophy, because its the thought of foolish men who do not understand, who cannot comprehend the meaning or value of this life. Nor they believe in God or religion; they are men without faith who are sick in the brain & soul.

What is the solution? Avoid Western Philosophy!

As long as you didn't have to read about Jean-Paul Sartre & his crazy "Existentialism" bull cr@p, you got nothing to worry about.

That shyt was just nuts, like when he looked at his hands & couldn't even recognize them as his own and he started questioning the existence of everything including himself. I just laughed when I read that part, how can you question your existence, but you exist enough to be questioning it?
