In these ways:

1. Send relatives money back home.
2. Send money due to some humanitarian catastrophe such as Gedo Drought, Xamar Crisis.
3. Hear news every now and then of a relative that has died due to the wars.
4. Hear bad news every day about Somalia when I read the BBC headlines.
