There are some decent girls that don't wear hijab and some indecent girls that wear it.

As kambuli said it, the "actors" are worse.

I've had nightmares about a girl I marry w/ full tight hijab and then I find out she has a belly ring and a butterfly tattoo w/ a guy's name on her lower back

You are wrong, she needs to wear hijaab to be a good muslimah and then add more good character and the requirement.

Hijaab is an order from Allah, so basically, not wearing hijaab is disobeying Allah (SW) how would that not make you a bad Muslimah?

What a lot of hypocricy In reality most of you guys would point the fingers at someone who is not wearing a hijab. When I wear a hijab it will be for the right reasons not at the request of any farax or the finger pointing of some gossipy xalimos.
