Thousands of ethiopian soldiers killed--Time Magazine

Postby adanboy » Mon Nov 12, 2007 7:32 pm

"It was still possible, this summer, to see some hope in Somalia. The country was in dire need of some. The Ethiopian army, which invaded last December, had killed thousands of Somalis and lost thousands of its own in some of the fiercest fighting that the capital, Mogadishu, had seen in 16 years of civil war."

Yes thousands of filth Ethiopian army died but according to Mr. Bipolar midget Melez, they have not lost any soldiers. He fears that many more soldiers may defect.

Actually I have every clan in the book from Raxanwein, Cumar Mahmud, Ogadeen but no Hawiye in my blood. My stance on Somalinet has always been crystal clear. I want Tigray out Asap, but I also blame Hawiye for orchestrating the events necessary for their presense in the country. Nevertheless, Wallahi I have to admit, I get a rush and I get happy when I see Tigrays being dragged in the streets, or when I see them being killed in large numbers. These guys are crusaders and they came out with such intention, and while I may not be a big Hawiye lover, The thought of the poorest country in the world colonozing Somalia is unsettling to say the least. I'd rather Hawiye go back to their Mooryan ways and Somalia not be occupied then to have Tigray occupying the land. Also if your referring to the Darood Hawiye wars, I don't have any feeling of a urge for a reprisal or revenge on Hawiye at all. The war has been over and done with since '94. On the same token, I don't really care about them to the point where I'd advocate my clan support them 100%, putting their neck on the line for people who don't care about you. Nevertheless Wallahi I'd be thrilled if Hawiye buried their differences tomorrow and ridded their lands of the starving HIV positive addicts. May Allah help them.

Well, let answer your question with another question. Who is your enemy? Hawiye or the Occupying forces? Alluring comes here and swiftly makes you flipflop.

Its not a flip flop. Its a very simple line I've maintained that is not hard to understand except for dense folks. I blame Hawiye for weakeing Qaran Somaliyeed for 20 years, and for bringing Somalia to its knees so Tigray can walk in unscathed. That being said, I still be extremely happy if Hawiye succeed in kicking Tigray out from their lands. Do I care enough to sacrafice the wellbeing, strategic interest of my clan? No. Very clear line I've maintained throughout my Somalient tenure. Ask Somaliweyn. Laughing

''I read this earlier today and thought thousands was a little exaggerated but god knows in the end though..''

Alchemist, actually thousands is on the low side. I would estimate their deads more than thousands, soon they will reach tens of thousands.

The three suicide-operations killed already around 200 or something, combined with the Daynuunay and other fights around Dec 2006. Plus the March-April offensive in which they even used chemical weapons and airsupport from the US.

Tens of thousands is more accurate.

Insha allah, they will be defeated soon, give it a few months or 1 extra year.

Alluring,

Is your mother an adoon? Afro-American?

Why were you mourning the death of Kanye West's mother?

May Allah help Hawiye kick Tigray out of their lands. However admittingly I don't trust them enough to help them. I hope they get dragged, tortured, humiliated and go back to Addis in disgrace.
