The Rajo Party has been formed in response to the lack of a democratic, Peace, Unity & justice in Somalia which represents the core values of most of our people but which is not, like many such organisations, an embarrassment to be associated with. Its chairman, Junayd Egale, is a Law Student.
Most of us wish for Somalia to remain an independent nation state, peaceful, democratic and for the character and culture of our country to be nurtured and sustained. Yet it is clear that we are the number one enemies destroying that image. There are many small parties which are opposed to these developments, but these organisations either focus solely on one single aspect of the process - the civil war, for example - they often talk about it without suggesting any solutions.
The Rajo Party aims to change that image and create a New Somalia that is compatible with the 21st century international community.
The current national officers are:-

Campaign Director: Mr. Mohammed Ali
Regulatory Officer: Mrs. Shamso Ahmed
Editor of Party Newspaper: Mrs. Muna Said
