No, probably not. Germany would have been contained, and the had Hitler not declared war on the US (bad move) then eventually there would have been some sort of peace deal. Ther Germans were not going to get across the channel, and the English would never have the combat power to invade fortress Europe, so..........stalemate. Germans would have been confined to continental Europe.
