Even the video looks fake, he speaks English like he has lived in the U.S for a long time despite the accent and i think those people are acquaintances of his like the lady "senior advisor", she can't even keep that smirk off her face one big joke Laughing

He is Presidential and a has better grasp of the English language than the imposter of leader of the kangaroo VICHY Ethiopian Governate, Abdullahi Yusuf.

He actually is the president. The Somali constitution (that is, the actual founding constitution of 1960) requires elections to be held in Somalia, not Djibouti or Kenya.

That said, he is president of Banadir, not Somalia. His authority, de-jure as it may be, stopped at Balcad.
