I know what you're saying but the very existence of Islam is a threat to Israel and not necessarily to Russia or China.

There are insurgencies occuring in those countries so it's like saying "Muslims are the enemy b/c kill the most Muslims" due to all the civil wars in Muslim countries.

Israel due to its sensitive location, geopolitics, and size will do a lot of things covertly so we can't even get an accurate assessment of body count.

Were they behind Iraq/Iran war, behind Iraq sectarian violence, behind Lebanon, behind how many internal conflicts?
Not to mention how many US actions taken on behalf of Israel.

We don't even know.
