That is the greatest crime and injustice committed during the civil war.

Unimaginable crimes and injustices have been committed against groups that were not armed and have always been friendly and pacifist in mind and actions. These crimes and injustices are something which need to be brought to light, and then addressed before Somalia moves forward.

In Mogadishu, alot of suffering of these groups was at the hands of mooryans and these criminals should be rehabilitated and the victim-groups restored to their rights.

In Lower Shabelle, the occupation and oppression is about to end, the local groups must regain their right to govern their lands.
In Lower/Middle Jubba, the occupation and oppression is about to begin, and surely the Galgaduud siblings there will face the same fate as in Lower Shabelle.

You can occupy and oppress local groups for a long time but not forever.
