Somalis leaders everywhere have become opportunists.
Look at the Djiboutian president....he already sees the $$$ with this Africom, not knowing that ultimately Ethiopia will benefit and other African countries which have close relations with the West.
Africom is the formalization of security agreements between Washington and African regimes which are on their side.
Since the mercenary army of Ethiopia has accomplished Washtington's goal, it seems likely that in the near future Washington will support African regimes which have the same goal as the US.
Eventually, the African people are disaffected, since the oppressive dictatorships they wanted to overthrow are reinforced with weapons and training by the US. Hence the current dictatorship in Addis Abbeba.
