Actually, the exact time of HG's arrival is unknown according to Sir luggoyo's " Mog settlement thread". However, even if they came after 1991, you were not the rulers. And at this time and age, Xamar truly belongs to diverse group of clans yet you will still remain one of the original ones.

Habar Gedir probably did come before 1991, and a good number lived in Xamar before the civil war.

I say Xamar is mine cause Geledi was the last clan to rule it. After Geledi it was the Italians. After the Italians the Somali Republic was set up and it wasn't ruled by a clan but rather all Somali's under that government.

After the civil wr it was broken up into a bunch of different pieces with a warlord ruling different parts. Still no clan ruled Xamar. So under those circumstances

XAMAR IS MINES.
