Are we talking about the past or the present? If we are talking about the present, then I will be happy to inform you that that bakool is now an eelaay region and that the Ogadens of Bakool relocated to several refugee camps in Mandhera district (NFD) in 1992 where a horrendous cholera outbreak wiped them out completely.
