new york, yo seem to misundertstood the article, ms rice says they are negative force that need to be dealt with, by force or peace she did not mention. but she called senawi gov unstable, and that is why she said they need to great an invorentment that would allow all different parts to participate. if ms rice considers onlf a terrorist org they would allow the onld leaders to inter in to usa.
