As someone who was previously married my only advice to you both is:

-Do your homework before you choose a wife.

-Make sure she practices Islam if you plan on her someday being a mother to your kids.

-Don't expect too much or else you will be extremely disappointed.

-Always be open-minded to her ideas.

-Don't have any kids until the first 2-4 years of your marriage has passed.

-Keep it real.

On a serious note though, do what you want now but when it comes time for marriage stay away from Reer Love Fridays, Liquid Wednesdays, H20 Saturdays and Oasis, Babalon, Build America Plaza rest of the night chicks. You seem to be eying those kind and that $40,000 wedding you throw will end up being a waste as your marriage will be a 6 month disaster.
