Luq,

Abdillahi Suldaan 'Timacade' was one of the greatest somali poets who lived in the gobanimo doon era. He is the one who composed those peoms about the somali flag. Especially when in June 26 1960 the somali flag was mounted on poles in Hargeysa' liberty park.

As kambuli said: 'kana siib' refering to the British flag and 'kana saar' in reference to the somali flag.

He also composed that peom of : 'dugsi maleh qabyaaladu waxay dumiso mooyaane'

A great man he was may Allah bless his soul.

Ps. If you are interested in his qabiil. i think he was H/Awal of Isaaq clan family.
