4.5???absolutely not... that whole think is based clan not on merit. I think a great process would be for people whow ish to be MODs to say so and then general public will choose 15 well known members [mix of clan and gender] who do not wish to MOD and then they have a vote on who becomes the next mod.
I personally think I would be an excellent MOD.

Sade is the name of my grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat-grandfather, its a name just like any other.
There is nothing wrong with qabil, its qabyaalad Biko.

A poll is always nice to know what the people think,however thats up to the administrator to say who should become the next moderator.And those that have caused mayhem on the forum should not even be nominated or anyone thats been here less than a year.
