Somalia needs another dictator like Syad Barre.

Have you noticed all dictators were controlling savages in their oun nations.

1) Easter European like Russia, Romania all had Dictators and atleast had some sort of stability.

2) same with Asia and Cuba

Final dictator Saddam himself was holding savages Iraq who today are divided by klan and have destroyed their 4000 years of Babylon History.

So History shows that some countries can't never leave in democracy.

What somalia needs is another Dictator to bring order and stability and ofcourse fear. What klan or tribe he's from is un important.

But just to spice up give the power to Issaq since Darood and Hawiyee had it for so many years.
