I want to this Car wash, and they have this African American man as supervisor, and he is all hyper and uneasy. he likes to act-up and argue with people. So the machines wasn't washing the car properly, two cars owned by two white females come out without being washed, but they couldn't say something, so I tried to ask him what is going on --and he exploded "What, what did you just said, what did you said?" and I'm like --I asked you a questioned, do you wanna answer it or not, don't go all psycho with me--you know! and he is like --I don't want to be told what to do here, I will do how I want it. I'm like, is this for real? I mean, we paying money here we aren't coming here for free. he settled down and he realize that I could beat his ass up --but he really created a scene -he thought I would be scared of him -but I shut him down. Then later--since it was Eiid alot of Somalis were coming there and he started saying "happy holidays, merry christmast" --I told him, we say "Happy Eid" we don't celebrate christmas --and then he exploded again, I mean he takes every little thing you say --personal, he can't have a normal conversation, he is like "I don't want to say everbody to lakkukaalqada! I will say merry chrismas whether you like it or not" This is a place I was a customer for ten years --I have been washing here for ever ---I decided to never come back this place again --cuz I don't want to see his stupid face again.
You got similar encounters with African American customer services ---my friend told me, he went to this Auto-zone by African American worker, and he asked him could you charge by battery and I will buy a new one, and he refused, even though Auto-zone charges your battery if you bought from them. luckly a Somali guy was working there, and come to charge his battery.
What are your African-American hororr stories --especially when it comes to customer services departments.
