I pay $1130 for 1 bdroom in Santa Monica

But yo can get $300 in South Central for 1 bedroom
and when yo come back from school/work your room is empty
and you may find your TV next room but you can't do anything.

That is LA

East LA is gheto too Mocho latinos

South LA all the way to Compton/Long Beach Black

West side Jew and the others

Middle class folks Culver City, Santa Monica, Venice and may be Inglewood is fine.
you are all so lucky that you dont live in a boomtown brimming with inflation.

When i first arrived in dubai, i had a 1 bedroom flat in the centre of town, the poch part
and paid about $500 a month in rent.

when my lease was over the owner wanted to move in so i had to go,

moved to sharjah to save money( downgrade my lifestyle) got a 2 bedroom apt for $1000

now i hear that a 1 bedroom flat today in my old nieghbourhood is $3000
Gurey,

best thing that u can ever do is save ur money and buy a house or an apartment. Believe me.. you won't be sorry. Paying $1000 for an apartment that you don't own is just taking ur money and throwing it all away.

Gurey,

Congratulations mayne. Welcome to tha club. Its one of the best decisions you'll ever make...believe me. Plus theres a personal satisfaction that comes wit it.

Then in the future, if you decide to upgrade which most people eventually do then you can always turn it for a profit. Is it brand new or a re-sale?

great piece of business. I bought my 3bedroom house brand new as well. No headaches of roof replacement and other stuff to worry about for the next 5-8 years. Then after I get tired of it I can flip it while it appreciates in value.

You can do it too. I'm trying to acquire another property as we speak I put in a bid so im just waiting to see if the seller accepts it. Anyhow, bra....good luck wit it.

Razzberry lives in Dallas. I live in Houston. Dallas is significantly cheaper depending on what area (county) you live in.
Dallas? Im a Texan but im not from Dallas.

Algebra. If you are paying more than 1000 a month for rent you can afford a house. Save your self some money and buy a place.
I am here temporary and my time in here almost up. This was my last semester, I was send here to make some teachering training courses and I am back home soon.
