if you're trying to save money for the long run, it's smart, but just to get by, i don't know, i mean you should be smart enough to find a 9-5 job that pays well, its not smart working 12 hours a day for $9 an hour if you're a high school graduate.

Its quite dumb and I'll tell you why. When you work two jobs you expend alot of energy on top of not having time for anything else which deterioriates you health. It's not working smart.

If you wanna succeed in life, you don't work hard, you work smart.

lol. you are right baller, it is unhealthy. i really do think it is greedy to work two jobs when your day job provides for you just enough. i ask because down here, almost all the asian people, especially the vietnamese immigrants and the mexicans, educated or not, work two jobs. and no they don't just do seasonal temp jobs but they work two permanent full time jobs but then they always have some sort of an underground, especial the asians, business going on at the same time.

gurey, rarely anyone in America works for minimum wage. you can easily find a job that pays up $25 with no education whatsoever. you just need to speak the language to the point where people do not struggle to understand what the hell you are saying. the u.s is pretty good to all the people that live i think. then everything depends on where you live and how driven you are i believe. it was not really my intention to discuss the job market of the u.s in this post but the greed aspect of holding two jobs when you can easily live off one just fine.

costa, deciding to live on welfare is same as crippling yourself. people that live off welfare don't realize it but you can make at least five times as much as you would from the government if you work. it is either stupidity or an extreme case of laziness.

Here if you work two jobs you will pay more tax and scandeniva
have the world's highest personal taxes, 30% so you have to use the system to get some money back from them work one year take a rest the next and you will still receive 80% the income of the previous year

Muktar money makes easier the process in Africa girls just look at the tables you sit if they see many empty battles that means you rich and can afford to take care of them that night thats why in Naigrobi waitress don't remove the empty bottles

QuansaGabeyle,

What state do you live in?

And short term its not a bad option but long term its just not productive especially if its a case like what Screw said where you're working 12 hour shifts at 8 or 9 dollars per hour.

I live in Houston and we have a very strong Asian population. Alot of Vietnamese-Americans in some parts and they are hustlers. They don't work as hard as other races do yet they acquire real estate in very good areas. The Mexicans will do alot of those two jobs simply because many americans can't be bothered doin the jobs they would.

If you want to keep a certain way of living you may work two jobs. You see people who like to live higher living standard than they can afford if they worked only one job. They care about material things is more than their healthy life style.

Not really. It just means you need a wife. 2 jobs just for the heck of it? You're just occupying your time with something which will not matter in Akirah unless used wisely and you balance all that else that matters.
