[quote="SomeGuy"]FAH1223,
this is a piece of history that no one ever told you. Even when there was so-called democracy during pre-Siad Barre era , 1960-1969, the savage tribes of horn Africa engaged internal power struggle. I don't know if your savage dad ever told you, but you can ask this question. "How many political parties were there before Siad Barre military coup?".
The answer is 64 political parties and each parties were subclan--not even tribe or clan. Imagine that starving focker nation who lives on hand-outs having 64 political parties!.

now you're saying my father is a savage? just because he is a southerner and btw hasn't been in Somalia since the early 80s? and to top it all off, he was a little kid when siad barre came to power =\
dude, you don't know me and you just lost all credibility with that statement and that attitude, don't attack people's family when you try to make a point
and atleast their internal power struggle wasn't with guns and anti-tank rounds like we have to today, so automatically that era is a lot better and people had normal everyday lives, FACT
