I dont know somewhere between 3200-4800 USD or something
why you wanna buy ?
well hurry up or else you must buy land and rent a company to build for you
cause all the new houses are taken by Hawiya elite

Sxb dont know if is the right time at the moment, all of somalia unpredictable..
Hargeisa is doing well though mashallah.. My older brother goes there often and he loves it..

I've noticed even Issaaq families bring with them british/european friends (!) to Hargeisa to stay with them for holidays.
they better have a nice home looool
But its a triumph for any Somali to visit Somaliland
the beauty of the wild nature is a major plus
Salaxley and arabian horses
Sanaag and the cool temperature
