Hawiy Free Day would nicer where all hawiye members are banned temporarily for that day.

I would like to ask the admins to ban anyone who says they are leaving the forum only to come the next day. To me, that shows this person needs to quit the place (probably because they flanking school, not getting out of the house enough, are about to lose their job etc.) and they can not do on their own.
