offcourse but the central goverment budget is different than the state budget and honestly the Somaliland goverment has not build even one single road in Burco let alone Borame.

every region in somalia/somaliland rely on their people outside somalia.. The SL Goverments income is very small, and would not be able to fund projects like this, Reer Togdheer diaspora raised 500.000$ for their University alone, and another 500,000$ for the bridge they recenetly completed.. everyone is on their own, thats why the Ex Mayor of Burco Maxamoud Xussein came up with the Famous( Iska Wax uu Qabso)

I dont have any guilt but the problem is folkz think Riyaale is flooding money into Awdal which isnt the case and as for House prices going up that has happened in every city and town in Somalia so i dont know whats ur point. As for Burco u would know better.
