You can live pretty well off of 100 dollars a month in Somalia. 1,200 is a lot of money in Somalia. You can live off 1200 in some parts of the U.S.

I just feel sorry for the fooled European Union who would pay over half-million dollars in salaries to the pumpkin-head so called ministers and MPs. $1200.00 in month in Somalia is plenty of money and you can live like a king with that.

Actually guys it was kinda ignorant on my part. $1200 is a lot of money in Somalia, and with people starving to death living in refugee camps its very generous. Also as Gudhad said, when you consider this money is going to a lot o criminals, it makes you think they shouldn't be getting a penny in the first place.

I see why most of the guys are in the TFG to begin with. They don't really care about the governments ambitions but love the 1,200 dollar check. I mean some where like ex-soccer referee's, farmers etc. They don't like the government but you can't give up 1,200 dollars because its a lot of money.

we get three seats in the parliament it means 3x1200=3600 to my uncles loool

in somalia 1,200$ is very rich everything there is dirt cheap

when i vist somalia i dont have to pay more than 200$ for quality living expenses in 1 month

I think we( including me) oversaw the reality..I honestly forgot about it...These so called leaders have to pay for their security...They need to pay for their security..Even if the guys doing the job are related to them...Remember they all need Jaad etc Also, the tribesmen needs money..Waa in canka loo buuxiyaa...
