Don't go to Eagan because the Airport planes drive over there 24/7.
Don't go to Brookyln Park because because there are alot of crimes (Liberians and African Americans).
Don't go to North Minneapolis, its very bad, its gang invested neighborhood.
Don't go to Cedar, its mostly low-income houses with Somali gangs.
Most Somali business, populations are in South Minneapolis.
Don't go to St.louis park, its mostly Jews and they call the police for outsiders. (they once did it to me).
Don't go to St.paul, its the capital, and its mostly settled by Asians, Hmong, and they don't get as much attention as Minnneapolis.

You have four neighborhoods to settle.
1. Bloomington (mall of america, airport, largest suburban, rich and safe and close to downtown Mpls)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloomington%2C_Minnesota

2. Richfield (Bestbuy headquarters, clear, spacious and safe, very close to downtown mpls)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richfield,_Minnesota

3. Edina (wide, clean, rich. Southdale mall, Target head quarters, alot of business) very safe and very acessable. Edina is home to a few billionaires, most notably Richard M. Schulze and Carl Pohlad.

Edin Prairie
Burnsville
and Minnetonka are also very good Suburbans with Somali populations. But the above three, are the best parts of Minneapolis.
