MJ pride settlements and inhabitants don't correlate with leadership. What does the Warsangeli inhabitants have to do with the Mayor or leaders of Bosasso who were appointed by the corrupt PL regime? Time will take its course if the citizens of Bosasso solidarity to Puntland weakens because of the greed of sub-clans then Bosasso will continue to face inter-clan wars between its citizens and PL forces.

Neacon,
The cisman Maxamuds have ruled Bossaso throughout the years, stretching from Siyad Barre era, extending through the Civil war era and culminating through Abdullahi Yusuf and Cadde Muse era. There has been no power vacuum to dislodge the Royal Cismaan Maxamud from power throughout the years. You, being a madax Kaluun should respect your leaders.
