My thought about someone who blames Allah for all the fruit of human wickedness and says, "Why doesn't Allah do anything about wars and famine?" is that perhaps, if such a person were to face Allah with their question, they might get the reply, "I did...that's why I put you there for." Allah has entrusted us with free-choice (We dont know our fates, so we must make our own choices, Allah knows what to come, but our minds are not built for that obv) and has equipped us with great capacity for love and sacrifice.
