Funny you mentined that cuz I've become a big gym rat the past couple of months.
For Lower abs theres a lot you can do:
You can go on the dip bar, put your elbows at the handles and kick up to where you can get your legs straight out in front of you. Try holding for about 2 seconds and really try to feel your Lower abs contracting and then go back down SLOWLY and repeat. Don't go to fast and remember that form is important not repetition. Another thing you can do is do the same thing as before except this time do knee crunches where you kick your knees inwards. You can do the same thing on a pullup bar. On the floor theres a lot of things you can do also. Two things you can use if you wanna get good abs:
1) Complete Book Of Abs, Forgot the author
2) The Abs Diet
Diet is also very important if you wanna get a six back, marka cut out all the junk and eat lots of protien.
