Calling a muslim person infidel/kaffir.

I was reading a thread today and hypocrite mentally unstable person who things islam is a new fad calls Abdullahi Yusuf a muslim man although not perfect a kaffir. Islam today has been perverted by those like him who through ignorance and mental sickness want to spread their extrimist views to the muslim word.

It was WRONG for Voltage to call you or anybody inparticular a Kaffir or a hyopcrite yet you're doing the same right now calling him hyopcrite.


Once can say 'Whoever supports the Kaffirs against the Muslim is a Kaffir' however I heard that this has conditions. For instance if the person is helping the Kaffir out of 'bufis' (greed) ONLY then he has not left the Religion but has committed a grave sin.

However if one helps the Kaffir because he truly believes in his heart that the Kaffir system is better than Allah's system then he has left the Religion.

I'll try to get the evidences for this later.

However you CANNOT POINT at AY and say 'He's a Kaffir' as only the Culema could do that CITING evidences of how he did it. Case in point a Fatwa was brought saying Shareef Cabdinur said supporting the Eitho occupation is Riddah but he didn't call names. Yet some Scholars in the past made official ruling of Kufr of Saddam Hussien because of his 'Ba'th' idealogy.

we all know that its haram to call a fellow muslim a kafir regardless of what we might think his guilty of.

Have you read the book Infidel by Ayan Hirsi. She'll challenge you to be bold enough and think outside the box. She questions many of our conventional wisdom and backward ancient phareonic culture which oppresses our mothers against their will and suppresses the expressions of individuality It is based on a true family history and their trials and tribulations. I disagree with her senseless polemic against the tenets of Islam but you'll subtly drift with her authentic and gripping narrations and experiences.

She uses Infidels I guess as a title in her book to note what the poster is alluding to. A Somali will simply call you an Infidel on the spot, esp the militant ones.
