AW, be serious and tell me who really opposes this g'ment on the basis of its incompetency?? very few if ever..
So the power provided by an outsider force is essential for its survival till it can stand on its own..given the hyenas and wolves developed under the 17 yrs of chaos.
Someone has to have a power to kinda force somalis to come back to the table and work together for the good of all somalis...otherwise the interests of very few will out reign the interest of the whole nation.
